Ingredients
- 200gr okra
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
-Wash the Okra and dry them with a kitchen towel before cutting them.
-Put a frying pan with oil on medium-high heat. When it is hot, add the chopped onion.
-When the onion is transparent, add chopped okra, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix everything.
-Stir for 15 minutes until the okra is tender.
-Serve them with Chapati or as a side dish.
