Chilli Garlic Paneer

This delicious spicy chilli garlic paneer stir-fry is ideal for a quick snack or as a starter. Also, it has a hint of a sweet and sour taste. It is very easy to prepare and only takes 20 minutes.

Paneer is Indian cottage cheese with a firm texture. It doesn’t melt and it has no flavour which makes it like a blank canvas that allows absorbing whatever flavours and seasoning we use.

In India, you can buy it in the store, but home-made paneer tastes better and it is very easy to prepare. You can check my Paneer recipe here…..
