Chilli Garlic Paneer

This Delicious spicy Chilli Garlic Paneer stir-fry is ideal for a quick snack or as a starter. Also, it has a hint of a sweet and sour taste. It is very easy to prepare and only takes 20 minutes.

Paneer is Indian cottage cheese with a firm texture. It doesn’t melt, and it has no flavour, which makes it like a blank canvas that allows absorbing whatever flavours and seasoning we use.

In India, you can buy it in the store, but homemade Paneer tastes better, and it is easy to prepare. You can check my paneer recipe here…..
