Ingredients
1 cup fresh mint leaf
10-12 sprigs of fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
30g roasted peanuts
2-3 green chilis (approximately)
3 tablespoons plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Instructions
In a frying pan, lightly toast the cumin seeds and set them aside.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth and creamy chutney.
Serve this delicious chutney with Paneer Tikka or Paneer Biryani.
