Ingredients
250g of Paneer
6-7 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon apple vinegar
3-4 red dry chillies
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
Instructions
Cut the Paneer into small cubes about 3cm x 3cm.
In a blender put garlic cloves, red chillies, sugar, salt, and vinegar. Blend them with a little bit of water.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add cumin seeds. When they start to sizzle add chopped onions.
Fry the onion until transparent and add the chilli-garlic paste. Cook until the oil separates.
Add paneer and stir-fry over high heat for a few seconds.
Serve it hot with freshly chopped coriander on top.
