Ingredients
2 cucumbers
400ml cold water
1/2 cup mint leaves
Lime juice
4 tablespoons sugar (approximately)
A pinch of Himalayan black salt (Kala Namak)
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Ice cubes
Instructions
Peel and cut the cucumbers in cubes.
In a blender put the cucumber, mint leaves, sugar, and cold water. Blend and strain into a pitcher.
Add lime juice, black salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir everything.
Serve in glasses with ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves and thinly sliced cucumber.
Notes
Tips and tricks:
You can adjust the quantity of lime juice and sweetener as your preference.
I add a pinch of black pepper to punch it, but you can skip it.
Instead of lime juice, you can also use lemon juice.
