Mango Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large mango
  • Half red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons roasted sesame

For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut all the vegetables into thin strips and put them in a large salad bowl.
  • Whisk all the ingredients of the dressing and add it to the salad. Mix everything very well and sprinkle with roasted sesame on top.

Notes

Tips and Tricks:

  • If you don’t have sesame oil, use any kind of mild flavoured oil instead of olive oil. It is too strong for this delicately flavoured mango salad.
  • For this mango salad choose mango with a firm texture, not the ripe one.
