Ingredients
1 large mango
Half red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 red onion
2 tablespoons roasted sesame
For the dressing:
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
Instructions
Cut all the vegetables into thin strips and put them in a large salad bowl.
Whisk all the ingredients of the dressing and add it to the salad. Mix everything very well and sprinkle with roasted sesame on top.
Notes
Tips and Tricks:
If you don’t have sesame oil, use any kind of mild flavoured oil instead of olive oil. It is too strong for this delicately flavoured mango salad.
For this mango salad choose mango with a firm texture, not the ripe one.
