Take the roosters and give them some diagonal cuts (like the photo) so that the spices enter when we marinate them.
Cut the onion in cubes and blend them with the ginger piece and garlic clove in a blender.
Put salt and lemon juice on both sides of each rooster.
In a small bowl, put the onion paste, spices, and oil. Mix everything well. With the help of your hand coat well with this mixer every, piece of the rooster.
Let them marinate for 30 minutes or 1 hour.
Then put a grill pan with oil on medium-high heat. When it is hot enough, put the marinated roosters. Cook them approximately three minutes by each side. Remove them very carefully and sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
Tips and tricks:
If you want to make them in the oven, preheat the oven to 220 ºC. Brush a little bit of oil in the tray and place the roosters. Bake them for half an hour.
