Ingredients
200gr okra
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
Wash the Okra and dry them with a kitchen towel before cutting them.
Put a frying pan with oil on medium-high heat. When it is hot add the chopped onion.
When the onion is transparent, add chopped okra, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix everything.
Stir for 15 minutes until the okra is tender.
Serve them with Chapati or as a side dish.
