Ingredients
  

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 400ml cold water
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • Lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (approximately)
  • A pinch of Himalayan black salt (Kala Namak)
  • A pinch of freshly ground black pepper (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut the cucumbers in cubes.
  • In a blender put the cucumber, mint leaves, sugar, and cold water. Blend and strain into a pitcher.
  • Add lime juice, black salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir everything.
  • Serve in glasses with ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves and thinly sliced cucumber.

Notes

Tips and tricks:

  • You can adjust the quantity of lime juice and sweetener as your preference.
  • I add a pinch of black pepper to punch it, but you can skip it.
  • Instead of lime juice, you can also use lemon juice.
