Mango Lassi

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 plain yoghurt
  • Sugar to taste
  • 150ml milk

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut the mangoes into small cubes. Then blend them in a blender.
  • Put them in a strainer and strain to remove the fibres.
  • Then put this smooth mango pulp again into the blender with yoghurt, milk and sugar.
  • Blend everything well and put it into the fridge to chill before serving.
  • Pour them in serving glasses and garnish with some saffron or ground pistachios.

Notes

Tips and tricks:

  • You can adjust the quantity of milk in your Lassi depending on how thick or thin you prefer your Lassi.
  • The good, ripe mangoes that are usually found in summer season in India they are non-fibrous and pulpy. But the mangoes that we found here in Spain they have quite a lot of fibre. So, I prefer to strain them after blending them.
  • You can choose any sweetener of your preference.
