Peel and cut the mangoes into small cubes. Then blend them in a blender.
Put them in a strainer and strain to remove the fibres.
Then put this smooth mango pulp again into the blender with yoghurt, milk and sugar.
Blend everything well and put it into the fridge to chill before serving.
Pour them in serving glasses and garnish with some saffron or ground pistachios.

Tips and tricks:
You can adjust the quantity of milk in your Lassi depending on how thick or thin you prefer your Lassi.
The good, ripe mangoes that are usually found in summer season in India they are non-fibrous and pulpy. But the mangoes that we found here in Spain they have quite a lot of fibre. So, I prefer to strain them after blending them.
