1 fresh rosemary sprig or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon tea or 1 tea bag
Honey for sweetening
Instructions
Put a pan with the water on medium heat.
While the water is heated, in a mortar coarsely grind the ginger and set aside.
When the water is boiling, add the ginger, cloves, and rosemary. Let everything boil together for two-three minutes so that they release all their essence and healing property.
Then add tea and boil it for 1 minute. Strain into a cup, add honey and enjoy!

If you like the flavour of cardamom, you can add it.
