  • 3 ripe mangos
  • 300ml of cold whole milk
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Sugar to taste
  • Pistachios and tutti-frutti for garnish


  • Peel the mangoes and cut them into small cubes. Reserve a few of these pieces for the final presentation.
  • Add the rest of the pieces into the blender. Add the milk, sugar and blend them.
  • Add three scoops of vanilla ice cream and blend again until getting a dense and creamy texture.
  • For the final presentation, put mango pieces that we reserved before in a large glass. Add the shake and place a ball of vanilla ice cream on top of it.
  • Finally, decorate with pistachio and tutti-frutti. Serve it immediately with a spoon.
