Peel the mangoes and cut them into small cubes. Reserve a few of these pieces for the final presentation.
Add the rest of the pieces into the blender. Add the milk, sugar and blend them.
Add three scoops of vanilla ice cream and blend again until getting a dense and creamy texture.
For the final presentation, put mango pieces that we reserved before in a large glass. Add the shake and place a ball of vanilla ice cream on top of it.
Finally, decorate with pistachio and tutti-frutti. Serve it immediately with a spoon.
