Soak the lentils for three to four hours.
Then drain all the water very well and grind them in a food processor.
Put the grind lentils in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything very well.
Put a pan with plenty of oil. When it is hot enough, take small portions of dough with a spoon and add them to the oil.
Fry them over a medium flame until they are golden brown. Serve with mint chutney or ketchup.
