Ingredients
125g plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated cucumber.
1/2 a clove of garlic grated
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
A pinch of Himalayan black salt
2-3 fresh mint leaves finely chopped (optional)
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl put all the ingredients and with the help of a fork mix everything very well until smooth. Put it into the fridge and serve chilled.
