Ingredients
  

  • 125g plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated cucumber.
  • 1/2 a clove of garlic grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of Himalayan black salt
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl put all the ingredients and with the help of a fork mix everything very well until smooth. Put it into the fridge and serve chilled.
